Supplier and Manufacture responded to problem and made it an ease to get things rectified evern tho I was located in another country far from them Canada .. Many thanks to the girls in the office or front office.

it has been a challenge dealing with this business and supplier, my first order had crack sinks even before shipment was out from China. so there was a 2 week delay to remake them. my initial conversation started with Miya who was great communicator but she left the company before my first order was going to deliver. since then I had a hard time communicating the status of my shipped order and the order that arrived late was missing one of the items. new rep Else was assigned for my order and oh boy it’s been 2 months and my order has still not been placed. I emailed the owner and have put my urgency I’m front of Elsa and the owner but none of them are interested in my business. With Miya everything was finalized and only cabinet color was pending, I did my plumbing based on that design and picked my color more than a month ago , can you imagine the order is still not placed. Elsa had failed miserably with doing her homework of handover from Miya. nobody from the company is bothered.
